How do I place my order?
 
Since there are so many facets of customizing your order, please contact us by email at bailey@baileys-boutique.com or by phone (901.299.1384).  We can discuss your order in detail to ensure that we exceed your expectations!
 
 
Which color and font should I choose?
 
It can be difficult to pick just the right font or color sometimes!  Let us help you, we are happy to make suggestions!  Tell us what you are looking for and we’ll point you in the right direction.
 
 
Out of stock items?

You will be notified by e-mail if any item you have ordered is not available to ship within 1-2 days.
 
           
How is my order shipped?
 
Standard shipping is via USPS first class and usually arrives in 2 – 4 days.  If you need your custom order quickly, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, for an additional fee.  You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number in it when we print your shipping label. 
 
Delivery confirmation is not quite a tracking number.  If you enter your delivery confirmation number into www.USPS.com prior to your package being delivered, you will receive a message saying “no information available”.  The delivery confirmation number is not scanned until the package has been delivered.  It will them give you the date, time and place of delivery.
 
We can not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail.  We securely package and wrap your order very carefully prior to shipping.  Therefore, no refunds will be granted or replacement items shipped unless you purchase insurance (optional).  It is always a good idea to purchase insurance, but is not required.  A fee of $1.75 is charged for USPS insurance for orders up to $50.00.  A fee of $2.15 is charged for USPS insurance for orders up to $100.00.
 
 
How do I pay for my order?
     
The preferred method of payment is via Paypal.  We also accept money orders. 
 
If you choose to mail a money order, please consider the mail time in transit, as this may delay processing of your order.  Orders are considered pending until your payment clears.  Sorry, no personal checks are accepted. 
 
We are currently evaluating the possibility of adding the option of credit card payments for your convenience.  Keep in mind you can pay via credit card or echeck through Paypal at no additional cost to you.  Setting up a Paypal account for yourself is absolutely free at www.paypal.com .
 
 
How quickly does my order ship?
 
Orders ship within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment.  If you need your order quickly, just let us know!  We can put a RUSH order in for you and try to ship the same day if orders are placed by 9 a.m. Central time.  You also have the option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, for an additional fee.
 
 
Do you ship international orders?
 
Of course we do!  Please contact us at bailey@baileys-boutique.com for your specific shipping rate.  Please be sure to include your destination information (ie: country, postal code, etc.)
 
 
What is your refund policy?
 
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your custom order! 
 
If there has been an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of package at bailey@baileys-boutique.com.  We will immediately replace your order with the corrected version upon the receipt of your original order.  We will cover all shipping costs for the return of the wrong item(s) and shipping of the corrected order.

Due to the personalized nature or our business, we are limited on the issue of refunds.  Please be sure to check spelling, color choices, pattern choices, font choices, etc.  when placing your order.  We fill your order as you have directed and can not issue refunds if this information has been submitted incorrectly.
